Sausage & Mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Butter, salted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Swede, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only

Directions:

Fry sausages
Boil carrots and swede until tender and mash with butter and double cream.
Pease can be added to mash or left separate
