Cheese and Bacon Muffins

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Ketocal 3:1 made up as per tin (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
 g Sainsbury's Smoked Back Bacon Rashers (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g TRS Coconut Powder (HCP added*)
 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, UHT
 g Onions, raw

Directions:

Preheat oven to 170 c/gas mark 3
Mix all the ingredients together and place them In the mould
Cook for 30 mins or until golden
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire tray
