EL - Vanilla Fingers

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
 g Flour, Self raising (Mcdougalls)
 g Butter, salted
 g K.Yo Vanilla-Vitaflo (HCP added*)
 g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
 g Custard powder
 g Ketovie Kwik Mix (Jan 2022) (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Grease silicone mini loaf moulds.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Spoon into 8 equal sized moulds and bake at 160C until golden brown.
4. Remove from moulds and cool.
