2.5:1 avocado, salmon mushroom blended recipe - MI 5/10/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Potatoes, old, boiled in salted water, flesh only
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, rapeseed
 g Salmon, pink, canned in brine, drained

Directions:

1. Mash the salmon, remove any bones.
2. Fry the mushrooms in 5g of oil. Allow to cool.
3. Weigh out boiled potato, mash and leave to cool
4. Mash the avocado, mix with the remaining 3g of oil, mix in the salmon, mashed potato and the cooked mushrooms
(ensure to include any residual oil from the pan).
5. Blend to a smooth consistency.


It may be necessary to add water to the meal so a thinner consistency. The quantities are for one meal

portion. Recommend that a larger batch is made (multiply quantities by four), and then weigh and
divide into four equal portions. Cover and store in the fridge and use within 12 hours.
