2.5:1 chicken, mushroom, veg blended - MI 5/10/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, rapeseed
 g Chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only
 g Rice, white, long grain, boiled in unsalted water

Directions:


1. Fry chicken in 6g oil, leave to cool.
2. Weigh out cooked rice
3. Blend the remaining 7g oil, cooked rice, cooked broccoli and pre-cooked chicken to a smooth consistency.

It may be necessary to add water to the meal so a thinner consistency.
The quantities are for one meal portion. Recommend that a larger batch is made (multiply quantities by four), and then weigh and divide into four equal portions. Cover and store in the fridge and use within 12 hours.
