2:1 Mitie porridge - LM 6/11/2023

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Ketoclassic porridge (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
 g Oil, olive
 g Bananas, flesh only

Directions:

Weigh out the banana and mash with the back of a fork
Weigh out Ketoclassic Porridge
weigh out milk and water and mix together
Add the milk mixture to ketoclassic porridge and gently heat in a pan (add more water if texture looks too thick)
Once warmed through, turn off heat and mix in mashed banana.

Please ensure weights of ingredients are precise as this controls the seizures
