Porridge 2:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Ground almonds, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Quakers oats so simple (HCP added*)
 g Flaxseed, Linwoods (HCP added*)
 g Double cream, extra thick, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Blackberries, raw

Directions:

1. Mix together the oats, almonds & flaxseeds. 
2. Mix in the cream with water in a small pan. 
3. Mix the cream with the ground.
4. Bring all to a boil and cook gently for 2 minutes. 
5. Serve with the fruit.
