2.2:1 beef blended meal - MI 11/3/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Oil, walnut
 g Carrots, old, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Tomato puree
 ml Liquigen

Directions:

Boil the carrots and broccolli, weigh out and let cool
Cook the beef mince and tomato puree in the oil, add in the cheese and cook till melted and let cool
Mix in Liquigen
add water to required amount and blend to a smooth consistency
