Tomato soup

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Onions, raw
 g Celery, raw
 g Oil, vegetable, average
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Stock cubes, vegetable
 g Hovis Nimble Wholemeal (HCP added*)
 g Tomato puree
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Butter, unsalted

Directions:

Fry onions in oil 
Add celery 
Add tomato’s 
Add stock
Add cream
Blend with stick blender 
Serve with toast
