Rosie fish and chips demo Dublin

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Heinz no added sugar Cream of Tomato (HCP added*)
 g Cod, flesh only, raw
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Salt

Directions:

Peel and then weigh the celeriac and cut into chips. season with salt and coat in 20g of the oil, place on baking sheet and roast at 170oc 10/15 minutes until golden
in a small bowl add the flour and season with salt and pepper coat the cod in the mixture, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and cook on both sides till golden.
steam the green beans until tender.
mix the mayonnaise with the tomato sauce. ready to serve.
