2:1 Mitie cauliflower cheese - LM 13/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 ml Fresh double cream tesco (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, unsalted

Directions:

Boil frozen cauliflower and frozen carrot until tender. Weigh out desired amount and chop into small pieces
Weigh out butter and add to a pan and gently heat. 
Weigh out cream and cheddar cheese.
Gently stir cream and cheese into the butter. If it looks too thick, add some water.
Add the cooked and chopped veggies to the cream mixture and mix.
Serve, ensuring to scrape all the oil from the pan
