plantain porridge

INGREDIENTS:**
g Plantain, green flesh, raw
g Beef, braising steak, raw, lean
g Garlic puree
g Ginger, ground
g Chilli powder
g Oil, palm
g Water, distilled
Directions:
slice the beef into cubes, peel and slice the plantain.
heat the oil in a small pan and seal the beef until brown add the sliced plantain and fry for 3 minutes, add the chilli, garlic and ginger fry for another 2 minutes add the water and bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat and simmer until the beef is tender.
