Cheese,Pom Bears and blancmange Delight

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Pom Bear cheese & onion crisps (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g TRS Coconut Powder (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Hartley's no added sugar strawberry jelly (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Put double cream, Ketocal 4:1 liquid,olive oil and coconut powder into a bowl and mix well. put the jelly to another bowl with 100g of hot water and dissolve granules then add this to your other mixture and mix well again, then put it into two small containers or one large container, depending on if you want to split this meal into 2.
Eat Pom Bears,cheese and carrots, as they are.
