2:1 avocado and egg - LM 27/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw

Directions:


Add butter to a pan
Once melted, add weighed out beaten egg and scramble on low flame
Serve on to a plate ensuring to scrape all the butter from the pan
mash avocado with banana, serve on the side. Alternatively, you can chop them and serve
