2:1 banana pancake - LM 29/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Mash the banana with the back of a fork
Beat the egg and mix in with the banana and olive oil till well combined
Heat a non stick frying pan
Cook the mixture, one table spoon at a time. 
These are the mini pancakes
