2:1 avocado, salmon mushroom blend- ERL 30/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
g Potatoes, old, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Oil, rapeseed
g Salmon, pink, canned in brine, drained
g Creme fraiche, full fat
g Pasta, white, dried, boiled in unsalted water
g Spinach, baby, raw
ml Liquigen
g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
Directions:
1. Mash the salmon, remove any bones.
2. Fry the mushrooms and spinach in the oil. Allow to cool.
3. Weigh out boiled potato and pasta, mash and leave to cool
4. Blend all ingredients together, adding water if needed.
5. Blend to a smooth consistency.
This is a batch for 4 servings.
