2:1 chicken coconut blend - ERL 30/11/23

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Potatoes, old, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
 g Chicken, dark meat, raw
 ml coconut milk (canned) (HCP added*)
 g Tomato puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Chickpea (canned and drained) (HCP added*)
 ml Liquigen
 g Oil, olive
 g Sweetcorn kernels, canned in water, drained
 g Onions, raw
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Curry powder

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a pan
Add onions and cook till softened
Add tinned tomatoes and tomato puree and curry powder
Once the oil separates from the tomatoes, add chicken, chickpeas and sweetcorn and boiled potato
Once the chicken is cooked, add the coconut milk and turn the heat off
Cool and blend along with ketocal and Liquigen
Add water if needed
