A Christmas dinner

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g BirdsEye Garden Peas (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Broccoli, green, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Swede, boiled in unsalted water, flesh only
 g Hartley's no added sugar strawberry jelly (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Oil, olive
 g Pom Bear cheese & onion crisps (HCP added*)

Directions:

Put the sausage in a frying pan in 14g of olive oil and fry. once cooked, leave to cool down, cook the peas, carrots and broccoli in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Cook the Swede for about 15 minutes or until it is soft. mash, the Swede, with the leftover oil that you cook the sausage in, so it gives the Swede a bit of taste. Add 50g of hot water to your Hartleys jelly and add 14g of olive oil and mixed well. Mash the avocado up and add to your jelly and put in the fridge overnight to set.
