Beef mince in a sauce and jelly

INGREDIENTS:**
 g 20% beef mince (HCP added*)
 g Carrots, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 g Broccoli, green, frozen, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Pom Bear cheese & onion crisps (HCP added*)
 g Hartley's no added sugar strawberry jelly (HCP added*)

Directions:

Fry beef mince in 8g of olive oil and cook the broccoli,carrots for 15 minutes then add the rest of the olive oil the double the avocado together, make this into a source by adding water, or you can put this into the Hartleys jelly and make a pudding.
Severe the pom bears be on the side
