gingerbread cookies

INGREDIENTS:**
g Ginger, ground
g Cinnamon, ground
g Almonds, flaked and ground
g Groovy food company coconut flour (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Butter, salted
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Bicarbonate of soda
Directions:
1 melt the butter and allow to cool slightly.
2 in a bowl add almond and coconut flour add ground spices and bicarbonate of soda, and sweetener.
3 pour the melted cooled butted into the into the dry mix and stir with a folk to combine it shoud look like wet sand.
4 add the beaten egg and stir to form a stiff dough, place i plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
5 roll out the dough between 2 pieces of baking paper (thickness of a pound coin) cut out using cookie cutters and place on a lined baking or cookie sheet
6bake at 170oc for 8/10 minutes this will depend on how bog your cookies are.
allow to cool and decorate with keto royal icing.
