Bolognaise Sauce L.E.

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Onions, raw
 g Aubergine, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Tomato puree
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

Directions:


Heat oil in a pan, add spring onion, aubergine and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add minced beef to pan , breaking up into fine pieces, cook for 5 mins. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until warmed through.
