Creamy Porridge

INGREDIENTS:**
g Porridge oats, unfortified
g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Water, distilled
ml Liquigen
g Linwood cold milled flaxseed
Directions:
1.Mix porridge oats with milk, flax seeds, cream and a little water, bring to boil by cooking in the microwave or in small pan over med heat, add more water to change the texture if needed.
2.Mix in liquigen stir to combine and add to the porridge mixture.
3 make ahead and freeze for a quick and easy breakfast .
