oxford porridge,

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g Porridge oats, unfortified
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 heat the ketocal LQ, cream, and oil together until warm.
2 in a coffee grinder blend the oats and almonds to a fine powder.
3 stir the oat powder into the warm ketocal LQ and sprinkle in the ketocal powder, stir until thickened, if it's to think add warm water to get to the correct consistency.
