 ml Egg, beaten (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Pepper, capsicum, green, raw (HCP added*)
 g Avocado, Hass, flesh only
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw
 g Spring greens, raw

Directions:

Directions:
1.Beat the eggs and MCT oil together and heat up butter in a pan.
2.Make omelette with the peppers, cheese and half the tomatoes
3.. Serve omelette with fresh avocado, spring onion and tomatoes on top.
