peanut butter, banana and chocolate ice cream

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Meridian smooth peanut butter (HCP added*)
 g Bananas, flesh only
 g Cream, fresh, whipping
 g Chocolate dark - Green and Blacks 85%
 g Natvia sugar free icing (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 chop the chocolate with a knife until you have small pieces 
2 in a bowl add the cream, sweetener and peanut butter whisk with balloon whisk until the mixture is soft peaks and still floppy don't over whisk,
3 fold in the chopped chocolate and mashed banana and place in a plastics container with a lid,
4 place in freezer every hour take out and shake the mixture in the container (this breads down any ice crystals) do this until the ice cream is frozen
5 keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
