Toad in the Hole

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Grapes, average
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Water, distilled
 g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in salted water
 g Stock cubes, beef
 g Oil, sunflower
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, white, raw

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/ fan 170C/ gas mark 5.
  2. Put sausage and oil in ovenproof dish and place in oven.
  3. Mix together egg, 10mls double cream, water and flour, season with salt, beat well and pour onto the hot sausage, continue cooking for approx 20 mins.
  4. Boil broccoli in salted water.
  5. Make gravy with (1/8) Knorr stock cube.
  6. Serve on a plate and drizzle any cooking residue over the batter pudding.
  7. Serve remaining 20ml double cream with cocoa powder and a drop of Hermasetes sweetener/ jelly sweet
