Toad in the Hole

INGREDIENTS:**
g Grapes, average
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g Water, distilled
g Flour, wheat, white, plain, soft
g Broccoli, green, boiled in salted water
g Stock cubes, beef
g Oil, sunflower
g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 190C/ fan 170C/ gas mark 5.
- Put sausage and oil in ovenproof dish and place in oven.
- Mix together egg, 10mls double cream, water and flour, season with salt, beat well and pour onto the hot sausage, continue cooking for approx 20 mins.
- Boil broccoli in salted water.
- Make gravy with (1/8) Knorr stock cube.
- Serve on a plate and drizzle any cooking residue over the batter pudding.
- Serve remaining 20ml double cream with cocoa powder and a drop of Hermasetes sweetener/ jelly sweet
