3.5:1 avocado, salmon mushroom blend- CC 11/9/24

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tuna, canned in brine, drained
 g Maxijul super soluble (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 ml Calogen Neutral

Directions:

1. Mash the tuna
2. Fry the mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower in the oil. Allow to cool.
4. Blend together, with Maxijul and calogen
5. Blend to a smooth consistency.

Add water if needed to reach required consistency
