RBH Beef bolognaise with MCT 1 to 1 blended dairy free

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Beef, mince, raw
 ml Amoy coconut milk (HCP added*)
 ml MCT Oil
 g Super Soluble Maxijul
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Tomato puree
 g Garlic puree

Directions:


Fry all of the raw ingredients together in the MCT oil (beware of the low flash point)Then blend all of the ingredients together to a smooth single cream consistency
