Nut free rolls

INGREDIENTS:**
g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
g Garlic powder
g Baking powder, carb free, Barkat (HCP added*)
ml Vinegar, white (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Butter, unsalted
g Oil, olive
g Water, distilled
g Sesame seeds
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients
Whisk egg and add melted butter oil and vinegar
Add in boiled water
Mix all together and leave for 5 mins
Weigh and split into 12 rolls
Sprinkle seeds on top of each roll
Bake in oven for 15 mins at 170 fan
Turn down to 140 and bake for another 20 mins
Mix divided by 12
