RBH Cauliflower cheese mash with MCT 1 to 1 blended dairy free

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, raw
 ml MCT Oil
 g Super Soluble Maxijul
 g Oil, olive
 g Protifar
 g vegan cheese cathedral city ready grated (HCP added*)

Directions:

Boil the cauliflower in unsalted water until cooked (8-10 minutes)
Blend all of the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth single cream consistency
