2:1 Teriyaki salmon - SC 29/1/24

INGREDIENTS:**
g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
ml Sainsburys teriyaki sauce (HCP added*)
g Broccoli, green, raw
g Slim Rice Original (HCP added*)
g Oil, olive
g Bananas, flesh only
g Avocado, average, flesh only
Directions:
Weigh out smoked salmon and soak in teriyaki sauce along with 5 ml oil
Rinse the slim rice
Chop broccoli and stir fry in remaining oil
Once cooked, add in the slim rice and cook for 5 minutes
Serve broccoli rice (scrape all the oil from the pan onto the plate), top with chopped avocado and smoked salmon making sure to pour the marinade sauce on top
Chop banana and serve on the side
