Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
g Oil, olive
g Garlic puree
g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Tomato puree
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Oregano, dried, ground
Directions:
- Place olive oil, garlic puree, spring onion, mushroom and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 mins.
- Add tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 mins, add a pinch of oregano, if required.
- Stir in KetoCal until dissolved.
