g Pumpkin, flesh only, boiled in unsalted water
g Curly kale, boiled in unsalted water
g Oil, olive
g Beans, chick peas, canned, re-heated, drained
g Beef, braising steak, braised, lean only
Directions:
Braise the steak until tender. Boil pumpkin & kale until soft. Weigh all ingredients accurately using digital scales and blend all ingredients together with additional water until smooth and the consistency is suitable for giving via the PEG.
Accurately weigh out 10 equal portions.
