Bolognaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Onions, raw
 g Aubergine, raw
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Tomato puree

Directions:


1, heat oil in pan over med low heat.
2 chop all vegetables into small dice and add to the hot oil with the mince beef stir and fry for 5 minutes until soft.
3 add garlic and tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 add the tinned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
5 add 50 mls of cold water to the ketocal and stir to a paste add to the sauce stir to combine heat for 1 minute then sterve,.
