Creme Brulee 2.5:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Egg, yolk (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Raspberries, frozen

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 180˚C.
2. Beat egg yolk, double cream and vanilla essence.
3. Add 6-7 drops artificial sweetener.
4. Add Ketocal Vanilla & raspberries
5. Grease  with butter.
6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and of a light texture.
