Banana cream pie fat bombs

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)

- carbohydrate free banana extract/essence or any other preferred flavour
Notes
- Use granulated Stevia or Truvia - the original recipe suggested 2 tablespoons - ie 30g which could be too sweet so start at 15g, taste and work up as needed. 

- Beat the cream cheese, butter and sweetener at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Add the banana extract and beat until blended.
- Cover the dough and freeze for 30 minutes or until hard enough to form balls.
- Bring the dough out of the freezer and roll into 13 balls. if you want to make bigger or smaller bombs, remember to divide the total fat (132g) and carbohydrate (6g) by the number of bombs to find out how much fat and carb per bomb. 
Keep the balls in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
If the mix makes 13 bombs, each bomb = 10g fat and 0.5g carbohydrate
