Keto sausage rolls

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. add the oil to a small frying pan over med/low heat.
2 great the mushrooms on a box greater and fry in the oil until soft, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
3 melt the mozzarella cheese in a bowl in the microwave, once melted add the ketocal, almond flour and psyllium husk and stir together with a wooden spoon, ad the egg and mix until you have a soft dough.
4 mix the cooked mushrooms with the sausage meat,
5 roll out the dough in between 2 pieces of baking paper to a rectangle approximately 15x10 cm, then roll out the sausage meat mixture to 15cm long place in the middle of the dough then fold over to incase the sausage mixture, cut into 4 then place on a lined baking sheet.
6 bake at 170oc for 15 minutes, 
7 serve hot or allow to cool.
