Chicken and vegetable patties with fruit dessert LE

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Courgette, raw
 g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Clotted Cream (Rodda's) (HCP added*)
 g Oil, sunflower

Directions:

Wash and chill strawberries.
Add finely chopped courgettes to finely diced chicken in a large bowl. Add the cream and beaten egg. Mix well.
Gently heat the oil in a medium sized pan. Spoon dessertspoons of the mixture into a frying pan. Should make 1 patty.
The patties are cooked when both sides are lightly browned. Serve with the the chilled strawberries.
