4:1 beef stew blend - CC

INGREDIENTS:**
g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
g Carrots, old, raw
g Squash, butternut, raw
g Tomatoes, standard, raw
g Onions, raw
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Oil, olive
Directions:
Boil butternut squash and carrots, then weigh out
Add all the oil to a pan and cook onions till softened, add minced beef, pinch of dried herbs and tomato
cook till beef is done and scrape everything into a blender
Add the cooked butternut squash and carrots and blend, adding water if needed to reach the desired consistency
