INGREDIENTS:**
g Lo-Dough Bases
ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
g Ham
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
Directions:
1 slice the mushrooms and tomatoes and ham,
2 in a small bowl mix the ketocal powder with the chopped tinned tomatoes season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 place the low carb base in a baking tray and spread over the tomato's mixture all over, add the sliced mushrooms, ham, and slice tomatoes, drizzle with the olive oil.
4 sprinkle over the cheese and bake at 170oc until the cheese has melted.
5 serve warm or slice and eat cold.
