INGREDIENTS:**
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Baked beans, canned in tomato sauce

Directions:

1 in a small bowl whisk the egg and ketocal powder season with salt and pepper.
2 slice the mushroom and bacon, heat the oil in a frying pan over med/low heat and cook the bacon and mushrooms.
3 pour over the whisked egg mixture and cook until the omelet is set on the bottom, flip the omelet over and cook until set,
4 heat the bean in a small bowl in the microwave until hot.
5 serve the omelet with the beans.
