emma EVA fish pie.

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tesco fish pie mix (HCP added*)
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Spinach, baby, raw
 g Leeks, raw
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Pepper, capsicum, green, raw (HCP added*)

Directions:

1 in a pan heat the oil over med/low heat,
2 slice the leek and mushrooms and pepper. add to the pan and fry until soft season with salt and pepper to taste.
3 add in the ketocal and spinach stir until the spinach has wilted and cooked down, add the fish and pour into an oven proof dish.
4 sprinkle over the cheese and bake in a 170oc oven for 20 minutes,
