2:1 scrambled eggs with toast and avocado - AB

INGREDIENTS:**
g Oil, olive
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Avocado, average, flesh only
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Butter, unsalted
g Bread, white, average
Directions:
Crack open the egg, beat it and then weigh it out
Add a pinch of dried herbs into the egg mixture
Add oil to the pan, when hot, pour the egg mixture and scramble on medium heat
Weigh out bread, toast it and spread the butter onto it
Scrape the scrambled eggs and all the oil from the pan onto the toast
Serve alongside sliced avocado or you can mash the avocado and spread it on the toast before adding the scrambled eggs
