2:1 chicken pasta salad- AB

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Pasta, white, dried, boiled in unsalted water
 g Sweetcorn kernels, canned in water, drained
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Tomatoes, cherry, raw

Directions:

Cook pasta according to packet instructions, then weigh out
Weigh out the chicken and chop into small pieces

Add half the oil into the pan and cook the chicken until done (no pink meat), leave to cool
Mix the remaining oil with the mayonnaise
Chop the lettuce and cherry tomatoes
Grate the carrot and weigh out


Weigh out sweetcorn
In a bowl, add the chopped veg and pasta
Add in the chicken, making sure to scrape all the oil from the pan
Add the mayo mixture and mix well
