Spaghetti bolognese - RM 1/5/2024

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Oil, olive
 g Celery, raw
 g Pasta, white, spaghetti, dried, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cheese, Cheddar, English
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Onions, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw

Directions:

Finely chop onions, carrots and celery
add olive oil to a pan and once hot add the veg
Stir fry for a few minutes or until starting to soften. (you can add water to stop it from sticking)
Add beef mince, a pinch of dried herbs and stir
Once the beef has browned, add tinned tomato, bring to a boil and then turn down the heat
Cook on low for 10 minutes
Boil spaghetti according to the packet instructions, then weigh it out
Serve spaghetti, scrape all the bolognese out of the pan onto the spaghetti
grate cheese on top and serve
