INGREDIENTS:**
g Spring greens, raw
g Courgette, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
g Onions, raw
g Garlic, raw
g Pepper, black
g Bay leaf, dried
g Salt
g Celeriac, raw
g Water, distilled
Directions:
use any peeling or veg tops you have to make this veg stock
1, add all the veg trimming, top, onion garlic skins, veg peelings ect into a microwave safe jug or bowl, add salt pepper and bay leaf, pour over boiling water and allow to stand until cold,
2 place the jug in the microwave and heat on full powder for 5 minutes remove and mash all the veg with a potato masher, heat again for 5 minutes then allow to cool,
3 once cool strain the stock into a jug and freeze or chill until needed,
******** as we are not eating any of the veg no carbs are counted for this recipe,
