INGREDIENTS:**
 g Salami
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)

Directions:

1 pre heat oven to 170oc and line a baking tray with baking paper, lay the slices of salami onto the tray,
2 in a small bowl mix the grated cheese, ketocal powder and season with black pepper.
3 sprinkle over the cheese mixture over each slice of salami
4 bake for 7/10 minutes until the cheese is golden, allow to cool fully on the tray until the has set and turns crisp.
