INGREDIENTS:**
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
ml Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
g Sukrin Gold: Sugar Substitute (HCP added*)
g Melon, watermelon, flesh only
Directions:
1 slice the melon into fingers or wedges, place a cake pop stick into the bottom of each piece place onto a line sheet tray,
2 in a bowl mix all the remaining ingredience and stick until you have a smooth cheesecake mix.
3 spoon over and top each piece of melon with the cheesecake mixture,
4 freeze overnight once frozen wrap each pop with plastic wrap until needed,
## you can top each pop with chopped nuts, edible glitter, grated chocolate, or freeze-dried raspberries, (these will change the ratio)
