Vegetable en papillote

INGREDIENTS:**
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Aubergine, raw
g Courgette, raw
g Spring greens, raw
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
in a small bowl mix the cream cheese, olive oil, garlic and ketocal powder season with salt and pepper,
fold a sheet of foil into an envelop leaving once end open,
cut all the veg into bite size pieces and place into the foil bag,
add the cream cheese mixture onto and fold down the edge, place onto a baking sheet and place into a 170oc oven, bake for 15/20 minutes the parcel will have puffed up.
open the foil parcel and serve,
***** you can add chicken, prawns, hotdogs, to this dish, also great on the BBQ or bake in the air fryer.
