keto noodle pot

INGREDIENTS:**
g Slim Pasta (HCP added*)
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Courgette, raw
g Spinach, baby, raw
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1 in a small plastic container with a lid, place the drained noodles,
2 chop all the veg into small dice and place onto the noodles,
3 in small bowl mix the cream cheese and oil together season with salt and pepper, spoon on top of the veg,
4 you will need to then top with keto friendly stock (i used compost stock please see recipe)
5 place in the fridge until needed, to heat place in the microwave and heat on full powder until the stock is hot the cheese has melted, stir to combine.
